51WS3 meteorological interface module data storage and calculation instructions

Rainfall: 51WS3 meteorological interface board has built-in 1440 bytes of dedicated rainfall data cache to record the rainfall sampling value per minute.

After rolling calculation, the rainfall values of the first minute, the first hour and the first 24 hours were obtained.

Wind speed: 51WS3 meteorological interface board has built-in 300 bytes of special data cache for wind speed, recording the real-time wind speed sampling value every second.

After rolling calculation, real-time wind speed, average wind speed in the first minute and maximum wind speed in the first five minutes were obtained.

Temperature: read temperature, humidity and air pressure data every 5 seconds

APRS data output format (Imperial alternative jumper, default) :

Output 38 bytes every 0.5 seconds, including line feed at the end of data (OD,OA)

Data analysis:

C000: wind direction Angle, unit: degree.

S000: first minute wind speed in miles per hour

G000: maximum wind speed in the first 5 minutes, in miles per hour

T086: temperature (Fahrenheit)

R000: rainfall in previous hour (0.01 in.)

P000: rainfall in the first 24 hours (0.01 in.)

H53: humidity (00% - 99%)

B10020: air pressure (0.1hpa)

*20 checksum, all character differences or results between A and * (excluding *)

Note 1:

The interface board will automatically detect whether the air pressure plate, temperature and humidity sensor is installed, and the data of the sensor not installed will be displayed as "...".

For example, if the temperature and humidity sensor and air pressure plate are not installed, the data will be output:

51WS3 Calibration function

51WS3 supports the ability to calibrate and adjust data, which can be used when you need to adjust the original data values in some special circumstances.

51WS3 factory default is that temperature, humidity and air pressure are all original data output, that is, no addition or reduction.

1. Connect USB to TTL data line (optional), connect 51WS3, open general serial debugging software, select the correct port number and speed 9600.

2. Send the instruction AT+SET=T+000H+000B+0000 enter, that is, the setting is completed

Note: all setup commands require + ENTER.

Command: the AT + VER =?enter

Display the current firmware version number

Command: AT+SET=T+000H+000B+0000 enter

Description: add and subtract the original data of temperature, humidity and air pressure

Instruction,

The AT + SET = T + 000 h + 000 + 0000 b

T+000 represents the temperature +00.0 degrees (unit: Celsius), and the calibration range +-99.9

Note: this calibration value is metric degree Celsius.

H+000 represents the humidity degree +00.0%, and the calibration range +-99.9

Calibration addition, if the measurement of humidity + calibration value, more than 99.9%, then fixed to 99.9%

When the subtraction method is calibrated, if the calibration value of humidity > is measured, subtraction is allowed.

B+000 represents the pressure +000.0hpa, and the calibration range +-999.9hpa

For example:
